Orders are placed via the online shop. Payment is due at the time of order validation. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (Credit cards, etc.).

Delivery times are indicated during the checkout process.
Customs and Taxes: When shipping outside of Switzerland, customs duties, VAT, and other fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are imposed by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. The recipient is responsible for paying these taxes.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.Any dispute related to the use of the site or a sale is subject to Swiss law. The legal venue is fixed in La Neuveville.
